Panel companies such as South Korea's Samsung Electronics, which has lost money, have already cut production at the factory since last fall. The panel output of the whole industry has basically remained flat compared with the same period of last year, and the price increase adjustment of panel manufacturers has also forced the TV manufacturers to accept. Since last summer, TV LCD panels have been below marginal margins, but recently the cost of these parts has fallen and the profit margin has also risen. 
It is reported that the price of LCD panels that continue to be ultra-low-cost has rebounded. In April, the transaction prices between various panel companies and major TV manufacturers increased by 1% from the previous month. As the panel companies collectively reduced production, the original TV manufacturers gradually returned to the normal sales level, and Japanese TV manufacturers increased the export of LCD panels for TVs in China before the May Day holiday in China.
