The model number and date code are marked on the label and packaging of the fluorescent fixture housing. The fluorescent lamp was sold in the home and hardware stores in the United States from January to October 2007, and the unit price is 8~10 USD/piece. The number of recalled goods was about 274,000. The lamp holder is 4 feet long and has 2 nickel-coated lower covers and a transparent plastic case. LithoniaLighting, model number and product code are marked on the label on the inside of the shipping box or light stand. Consumers must turn off the power and remove the plastic case to read the label attached to the inside of the lamp holder. Light holders with round pink label shipping boxes are not included in this recall. The light stand was sold exclusively at the HomeDepot store from June to August 2007 and is priced at $40 per unit. The number of recalled goods was about 50,000. Reason for recall: The wires inside the lamp holder are easy to loose, which may cause the user to be shocked.

The torch was sold at the Lowes retail store in the United States from March 2005 to October 2007 at a price of $17 per baht. The number of recalled goods was about 90,000. Reason for recall: The internal wires of the torch are prone to short-circuit and pose a fire hazard.

The outer layer of the luminaire is a sloping glass fixed lampshade with three flame-shaped 60 watt bulbs. The words and product numbers of Madein/HechoEn/FabriqueAuxChina are marked on the outer packaging of the product. The luminaire was sold at the nationwide electronic lighting equipment store from January to November 2007 at a unit price of $200/inch. The number of items recalled this time is about 1,000 baht. Reason for recall: The welded joints connecting the lamp holder and the roof are prone to breakage, and the dropped lamp has the risk of injuring nearby personnel.
