One defense: water leakage

In the process of air conditioning and refrigeration, there is a dripping situation in the air. This is not a normal phenomenon of air conditioning use, but is caused by improper installation of air conditioners. For example, if the internal machine is installed more than the wall hole (where the pipe passes to the outside machine) Low, the internal machine is not installed properly.

● Inspection method: After the air conditioner is installed, test the machine (refrigeration) immediately. If there is no water leakage after running for a certain period of time, there will be no leakage problem. Of course, the installer can also be required to carry out the water leakage test, and the water is introduced into the internal machine, and the water naturally flows out of the outdoor water through the water receiving tray and the down pipe.

Second defense: leakage of fluorine

If the joint of the air conditioner is not tightened or cracked, fluorine leakage may occur. If the air conditioner leaks fluorine, then the user should always replenish it, and the normal use of the air conditioner generally does not require the addition of refrigerant for several years.

● Inspection method: The refrigerant leakage inspection should be carried out before the test machine. The leak detection is mainly for the four interfaces of the air-conditioning inside and outside the machine and the valve port of the shut-off valve. Soap water (you can also use detergent) leak detection is one of the commonly used methods in the field. After opening the valve for 10 to 15 seconds (the cabinet is 20 to 30 seconds), the valve is closed, and the various parts of the system are very It is filled with a gaseous refrigerant that is greater than 0.8Mpa of air pressure. Apply soapy water to the suspicious point of the leak. If there is a bubble, it will leak. If it is observed for 3 minutes, no bubbles will appear.

Three defenses: leakage

The regular installer will check the user's power before installing the air conditioner. If the requirements are not met, the user will be advised to change it. If the power cord does not meet the specifications and the air conditioner is installed, it is prone to leakage and fire, which endangers the user's personal safety.

The "Specifications" require that the connection between the power cord and the electrical control line of the air conditioner should be clear and accurate, without cross-winding; the air conditioner should use a dedicated branch circuit, the capacity should be greater than twice the maximum rated current of the air conditioner; There is a dedicated power socket, and it is a three-wire jack socket with a safety ground wire. The air conditioner with a temperature less than or equal to 4500W should use a 16A socket, and the air conditioner with a temperature greater than 4500W should use an air switch; the air conditioner should be installed with good grounding and grounding wire. It must be used exclusively; the indoor and outdoor connecting lines of the air conditioner are not stretched, twisted or entangled. Extension cords shall be wired to the required length and within the maximum length of the cable specified in the product.
