Installation Steps
1 Fitting the steel structure: fitting it on the wall firmly
2 Attach the U-Tile frame to the structure firmly
3Lock the frame on the structure by screws
4Hanging the upper right hooks of the cabinet to the card slot of the right U-tile Frame.

Buckle the left position pins of the cabinet to the location holes of the left side of the U-tile frame
6 Aim at the screw holes for the front service installation, fitting 6 screws on the U-tile frame through the cabinet from the front.
(This is a procedure of front service, this cabinet support also available for back maintenance)
7 Then finished installation for one cabinet. The same as the next cabinet.
8 Cable Connection.
Connect the male-plug (with cable) of the next cabinet to the female-plug of its upper cabinet firmly.
9 Using the same mode to finish the rest connection (five-pins cable), then the installation work for a complete LED display is finished.
After-sale maintenance
1 The cabinet support single trip maintenance. If there any bad LED lamp or damage on single strip, you can remove the strip separately without take out the cabinet and control box.
2, Cabinet support front & back installation and maintenance. If there any problem on single cabinet, you can remove the cabinet from the front & back of the screen.
3 ,If there damages on the control box, you need remove the cabinet and open the cover of the power supply box to do repair & exchange work.

As the leading force in the emerging intelligent transportation sector, new energy vehicles have gained widespread popularity among consumers due to their environmental benefits and clean technology. They are not only embraced by the public but also strongly supported by local governments across the country. In recent years, various regions have intensified their efforts to promote the development of new energy vehicles, aiming to improve air quality and enhance the overall quality of life for residents.
Recently, Sichuan Province released the "Guidelines for the Development of the 13th Five-Year Automobile Industry in Sichuan Province," commonly referred to as the "Opinions." According to this document, by 2020, the production capacity of energy-saving and new energy vehicles is expected to reach 300,000 units, with the total industrial output exceeding 100 billion yuan. This ambitious target reflects the province's commitment to building a strong new energy vehicle industry.
Interestingly, Fujian Province has also set similar goals. The province aims to produce 300,000 new energy vehicles by 2020, with an output value surpassing 180 billion yuan. It plans to establish three major new energy vehicle manufacturing bases in Fushunning, Xiaquan Spring, and Northwest Yunnan, along with two power battery production centers in Ningde and Zhangzhou. Additionally, it seeks to foster leading companies in motor and electric control industries.
Currently, Sichuan is home to 54 key enterprises in the new energy vehicle sector, including 18 automobile manufacturers. These companies offer a comprehensive range of products, from pure electric and hybrid passenger cars to commercial vehicles. In 2016 alone, the province produced 14,500 new energy vehicles, generating approximately 15 billion yuan in output value. With an annual production capacity of 100,000 energy-saving and new energy vehicles, Sichuan has already promoted over 460,000 clean energy vehicles and built more than 200 charging and refueling stations, along with over 12,000 charging piles and 350 gas stations. This has laid the foundation for a complete new energy vehicle industry chain, covering everything from complete vehicles to core components, materials, and intelligent services.
To further boost the industry, the "Opinions" emphasize the need to develop 1–2 Sichuan-based new energy vehicle OEMs and cultivate 3–5 well-known brands. The goal is to establish a robust system for R&D, manufacturing, application, and service of energy-saving and new energy vehicles. By 2020, the province aims to achieve a production capacity of 300,000 units and an industrial output value exceeding 100 billion yuan.
In addition, the guidelines propose focusing on nurturing 8–10 prominent brand enterprises and accelerating infrastructure development to ensure better connectivity and convenience. The level of green development will see significant improvements, with the average fuel consumption of new vehicles dropping to 5.0 liters per 100 kilometers, energy-saving vehicles reaching 4.5 liters, and commercial vehicles achieving domestic advanced standards, meeting the national six emission regulations. The energy consumption of new energy vehicles will also be at an advanced domestic level.
