I-PEX Releases New RF Connector with Internal Locking Function

On September 25th, I-PEX launched its new MHF series, including the ILK RF coaxial connectors and wiring. These connectors are designed with an internal latch that securely fixes them in place on the PCB, eliminating the need for messy adhesives or epoxies. This innovative locking system ensures the connector remains in its intended position, improving both productivity and long-term reliability. The ILK connector retains all the key features of the miniature MHF I connector, which is widely used for antenna connections, radio testing, and maintaining optimal performance in compact designs. Thanks to its small size, engineers have greater flexibility when laying out their boards.
