III. Bidder qualification requirements

1. Must be a manufacturer legally registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China with an independent legal personality and qualified for paper tube production and operation; 2. The bidder has not been ordered to suspend business, property has been taken over, frozen or bankruptcy, and there have been no major legal disputes; 3. In the past three years, there were no unqualified conditions in the quality supervision and inspection of the state, industry, group companies, and local governments; 4.
