2. Unit profile:
The second-phase gas turbine unit group of Huaneng Beijing Thermal Power Co., Ltd. is a “two-to-one†gas-steam combined cycle heating unit. Units 6 and 7 are gas turbines, and unit 8 is a steam turbine. The power generation output of Units 6 and 7 is 306.9MW. The power generation output of Unit 8 is 309.6MW. The total generating output of the unit group is 923.4MW. The overall configuration of the unit group is: 2 sets of Mitsubishi M701F4 type gas turbines, 2 gas turbine generators, 2 waste heat boilers, 1 heating steam turbine and 1 steam turbine generator; the fuel is natural gas.

Second, the scope of tender
The bidding scope of this project is the external maintenance project of Huaneng Beijing Thermal Power Co., Ltd. in the second phase of the 2017 gas-steam combined cycle unit.
Duration requirements: January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.
Third, the bid qualification requirements
1. The bidder has an independent legal personality. An independent legal entity legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China has the ability to independently bear civil liability, has the right to sign contracts independently and the registered capital is not less than 75 million yuan.
2. The bidder must have qualifications of Class 1 or above qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction or Class 1 or above qualification of general contractor for mechanical and electrical installation engineering (or have a first-class commitment for the installation (repair, test) power facility permit issued by the State Energy Regulatory Authority. Repair / installation qualification).
3. The bidder shall have a safety production license issued by the provincial construction authority or the safety production supervision authority, and shall be valid.
4. The bidder has not less than 3 items of infrastructure for 300MW or above thermal power generating units or 300MW or above thermal power generating units overhauled or main equipment maintenance performance for 300MW and above thermal power generating units (providing scans of performance contracts) in the past 3 years (2014-2016).
5. The bidder should have good bank credit and business reputation, not be ordered to suspend business or go bankrupt, and the assets have not been taken over, reorganized or frozen; economic litigation has not occurred in the past three years.
6. The bidder is not in the penalty period when the competent administrative department cancels the bid qualification. In the past, there was no bad record about the bid.
7. The bidder did not have bad records of the country, industry, China Huaneng Group Corporation and its subsidiaries.
8. Two or more legal persons, parent companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries and holding companies whose legal representative is the same person may not bid at the same time.
