1. Project Overview and Bidding Scope

The scope of tender:
1.3.1 Staff canteen regional logistics support services:
1) In accordance with the dining stipulations stipulated by the tendering party, three meals per day for employees in the canteen (100-150 persons) of the staff can be satisfied.
2) Meet irregular dining service.
3) Responsible for the production and operation of night meal for the operating personnel.
4) Internal sanitation and cleaning work in the employees' canteen area.
1.3.2 Transportation, archives, engineering excellence, and administrative services: 6 drivers, 3 file management personnel, 1 registered cost engineer, 3 general office management personnel, and 2 engineering excellence experts.
1) The bidder is responsible for the salary and benefits of the employees of the contracted project.
2) The bidder must pay the relevant social insurance fees for the migrant workers in accordance with relevant state regulations.
1.3 Service period:
Planned date of entry: January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2017. Service period: One year after signing the contract, one year for personnel, and three months for the trial period. If the bidder can meet the industry standards and meet the tenderer's requirements, one month before the contract expires, the contract can be renewed through negotiation between the parties.
1.4 Quality Objective: To meet the service requirements and industry standards proposed by the tenderer.
2. Bidder qualification requirements
2.1 The bidder must have an independent corporate legal person qualification and hold a valid business license issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce (requirement: Business scope of the business license must include relevant contents of catering management).
2.2 The bidder has had at least two similar logistics service performances for the past five years (November 2011 up till now, based on the contract signing time). (Requirements: (1) The service period of each performance is at least one year, and the contract value of each performance is at least RMB 1 million; (2) The performance includes at least one catering industry service performance, and the provided results need to be copied with the contract performance. Pieces or scans, otherwise dealt with as invalid results).
2.3 The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium.
2.4 The bidder was not in a state where he was ordered to suspend business, his qualifications were cancelled, his property was taken over, frozen, or went bankrupt.
