6.1 Company Address: Hope Road, Tongzhou District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province Jiangsu Huadian Tongzhou Thermal Power Co., Ltd. The high-tech development zone of Tongzhou District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province is adjacent to Xinjianghai River to the west, Tongjia River to the south, and Hope Avenue to the east. The north side is close to Wenshan Road.
6.2 Project Progress Jiangsu Huadian Tongzhou Thermal Power Project plans to build four sets of 200MW gas-steam combined cycle generating units. Two sets of project construction will be completed in this period, supporting the construction of heating pipe network project. The Jiangsu Huadian Tongzhou 2×200 MW grade gas turbine cogeneration project was approved on October 14, 2013. The main equipment completed the bidding on December 24-30, 2013. The waste heat boilers completed the bidding work on April 11, 2014.
VII. Source of Funding: It is proposed to be wholly-owned by Huadian Jiangsu Energy Co., Ltd. The registered capital ratio is 20% of the dynamic investment in thermal power projects, and the rest is bank commercial loans.

8.1 General Qualification Conditions
8.1.1 Legal persons who can independently bear civil liability;
8.1.2 The bid product manufacturer shall have a complete equipment performance and quality assurance system, and pass the quality management system certification;
8.1.3 Legal persons, other organizations or individuals that have a stake in the bidder and may affect the impartiality of the tender may not participate in the bid. The person in charge of the unit is the same person or a different unit that has a controlling or management relationship, and may not participate in the bid for the same bid item or the same tender item that is not divided into bid segments;
8.1.4 Has good bank credit and business reputation, is not being ordered to suspend business or bankruptcy, and assets have not been reorganized, taken over, and frozen;
8.1.5 In the last three years, there has been no fraudulent bid, serious breach of contract, and no major or higher quality and safety accidents have occurred in the equipment supplied;
8.1.6 No cases of borrowing others or lending qualifications or performance to others;
8.1.7 The bidder has no outstanding major lawsuits;
8.1.8 The potential bidder shall fill in the contents of the bid application truthfully and provide relevant attachments as required. All qualification documents provided must be authentic and valid, and guarantee that relevant documents and documents are valid during the execution of the contract. After the bid opening, once the bidder is found not qualified to submit bids or provide false documents or content, no matter how tiny, the bidder will be disqualified;
