5. In order to ensure the reliability of the use of the scale sensor, it is possible to clean the rubbed grating surface and the indicator grating surface with an alcohol mixture (50% each) at regular intervals to keep the glass scale surface clean.
6. The grating scale sensor is forbidden to shake and beat violently so as not to damage the grating ruler. If the grating ruler breaks, the grating ruler sensor will fail.
7. Do not disassemble the grating scale sensor by yourself, nor change the relative distance between the main grating and the sub grating. Otherwise, on the one hand, the accuracy of the grating scale sensor may be damaged. On the other hand, the relative rubbing between the main scale and the sub scale may be caused, and the chromium may be damaged. The layer also destroys the grid lines, causing the grating rule to be scrapped.
8. Care should be taken to prevent oil stains and water contamination on the scale surface, so as not to damage the stripe distribution of the scale lines and cause measurement errors.
9. The grating scale sensor should try to avoid working in the severe corrosive environment, so as not to erode the surface of the grating chromium scale and scale, and destroy the quality of the grating scale.
