It is an indisputable fact that the Chinese LED industry will only grow bigger and bigger and will not get smaller. Therefore, intellectual property issues are a very critical and urgent issue for the LED industry. For the development of China's LED industry, intellectual property issues must be taken seriously. Intellectual property issues must be studied as a big issue. At the same time, enterprises must have a clear understanding, the era of intellectual property has come, not only to do original innovation, but also to do secondary innovation and integrated innovation, to understand that patents are a way to protect themselves.
